I am writing on behalf of “Faithful Loving Hands” and “Cover the Children Ministries”, a Non-Profit organization that provides a “Day of Pampering” to members of the community and nearby cities. Each year we donate our services and humbly seek volunteers to help us help others look and feel like a million bucks. This is a great opportunity to build clientele and solicited business.
This year, we will participate at the 6th Annual “Thanksgiving Beauty Day” celebration set for Monday, November 22, 2010. The theme for this year’s event is

The event will feature a full day of “FREE” entertainment, singing, dancing and clothing giveaways.
For the last (5) years we have serviced over 2200 clients with free cuts, hair designs, massages, make-up and more.
And of course a Thanksgiving Dinner will be included.

Recently, Angela shared her testimony at Rivers Edge Church. After hearing Angela's message the First Lady, Pastor Debbie Hornsby asked Angela to join a group of Pastors on a missionary trip to Africa. AIDS has reached pandemic levels in Africa. Women with AIDS not only have to deal with their own illness but usually the death of a child/children and or the loss of their spouse due to the AIDS pandemic. Angela's personal experiences will transcend cultures to minister hope to these women who are infected and affected by the terrible disease of AIDS. The travel dates are October 8-18, 2010, and the cost is $4,000. Angela needs your prayers and support to accompany the ministry team to Africa. Miracles in Action ~ Testimony On April 1, 2000, while Angela was in Japan on military duty, her husband and four children were involved in a fatal car crash. Their car fell twenty-five feet off the highway, landed upside down on top of two parked vehicles with people inside. The people in the vehicles were extremely shaken up. Praise God they were alright! However, Angela's two eight-year-old sons died instantly at the scene. One of the many miracles was God allowed Murice and Roger to independently write and leave behind incredible good-bye letters. While Angela was writing her sons' memorial program, God revealed to her that her children's letters were written to soothe her soul, but more importantly, to share. God trusted Angela with His amazing testimony and all He asked her to do was to tell someone. Angela has begun a business with Mary Kay Cosmetics to help support her ministry and missionary trip to Africa. Your support is greatly appreciated! The Regional Teen Convention is a God given vision planted in the heart of Evangelist Paulette Anderson. The vision became reality in the early 80’s as Children’s Day. In 1983 Children’s Day was changed to Teen Convention. The first convention took place at the Bethlehem Temple in South Central Los Angeles. The inspiration of the Teen Convention was derived from Greater Christ Temple Church (GCTC) in Tacoma, Washington. Evangelist Anderson had participated in an annual Youth Jubilee and remembered how enjoyable it was for her as both a worker and a participant. She is thankful for Bishop Montgomery for his leadership in her formative years.
The initial vision of expounding the ways of Jesus Christ to teenagers became reality by bringing teens from all over California to Los Angeles for three days of special seminars, workshops, recreational activities, competitions, Mass Choir Musicals and dynamic anointed worship services. These spiritually rich services strengthened and encouraged teens in their resolve to do exploits for the Lord and to offer alternatives to crime, drugs, teen pregnancy, and educational dropouts.
The Regional Teen Convention has for 25 years provided hope through the gospel of Jesus Christ by engaging teens in the life-changing experiences of the new birth. It has offered alternatives to anti-social lifestyles by exposing youths to positive role models, reinforced Godly values of love for God, country, family and fellow man. The Regional Teen Convention has reached out in love to those who lack strong family support. It has built and reinforced positive self esteem and socialization by presenting the genius and skills God has invested in teens through artistic displays, contest and workshops.
In every Regional Teen Convention souls of teenagers have been saved and reclaimed. Teens have been encouraged to be better partners in their church and family homes. This vision from God became a reality in the early 80’s and will continue for years to come.
The vision has expanded to include pre-teens, young adults to age 22 and a Winter Regional Teen Convention (held in Washington State). The vision has reached beyond California with teens from many other states participating. Please join us in our endeavor to implement a God given vision.
